We have an array of treatment options available including Energy Healing, Body Work, Movement, Sound and Meditation.  Classes and trainings in Qi Gong, Ritual Creation and Support, Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Plus programs, Meridian and Chakra Balancing, Trainings in Ancestor Work, Transcending Trauma, Developing Rituals that use Elements, Calendar/Seasons, and other focuses for manifesting and clearing, Initiations in Old Ways Healing, Attunements in Reiki Usui, Healing Internships are all offered.

MONTHLY  Qi Refresher 6:00-7:30 PM February 9th & March 9th

 Qi Refresher is an opportunity to get your Qi Flowing through three enjoyable steps!

Step # 1 Doan....A gentle exercise system that activates Qi in your body

        #2 Chakra Cleansing...a group meditation designed to harmonize your chakra system

        # 3 Individual Mini Qi gong  Healing sessions with Elizabeth.

                          Renew and Refresh! ($13.00 suggested donation)

Wednesday:

Weekly  Qi Gong basics class 5:30-6:30 pm

                         Get your Qi On!! ( $11.00 suggested donation)

Thursday :

Individual sessions between 5-8pm

Monthly Advanced Qi Gong Group-Medical Qi : 6-7:30 February 18th & March 18th

Advanced Qi Gong  practice group with a focus  on  health and healing.   (only $13.00 suggested donation)

Friday- end of the work week  Kundalini Yoga Class 5:00-6:00 pm ($11.00 suggested donation)
