In a safe and sacred space come explore, heal, fortify, and nurture your heart and sacral chakras through art, meditation, yoga, & creation of body nurturing oil blends. Many options to choose from!
We will hold a Blessing Ceremony and craft a spell to strengthen our fire-confidence-heart-and self love. Art will include a ritual group production of a Brigid Wheel as well as a personal transformation focused art object. No special experience is necessary, just show up and explore. Comfortable clothing is encouraged. The personal oil blend and body care blend you create will come with a few other recipes so you can go home and make more!

Listen to Your Ancestors
Work with blood
relatives, beloved dead, archetypal & unknown ancestors, deities. Develop a talisman for future
use. Learn the basics for development of
an ancestor altar and specific actions for maintaining it. Ample time
for reflection through a variety of creative processes. Fall 2010: One day workshop with option for follow up study group.

Old Ways Healing for Contemporary Life Initiation
Level one: Learn a series of healing techniques that clear issues/toxins/blockages, fill/replace with balancing healing energy and seal in the healing. This system is a combination of multiple ancient healing techniques from around the world that Elizabeth and Starri have sequenced for efficiency and potency.
Level two: Builds on level one by adding symbols and distance methods
Level three: Focuses on passing on the teachings to others
*All Old Ways Initiations can be combined with Usui Reiki Attunements. Additional information, time and fees will be added for this option.
Old Ways Initiation: Phase one: $135. Phase two: $175. Phase three: $250.
Attunements: Usui Reiki Level 1: $40. Level 2: $55. Level 3: $75. (when added to Old Ways Initiation)

Healing Parties are wonderful opportunities to give and receive healing and support. We also meditate, chant, honor the elements and share snacks & stories.
